- HVAC Systems: (AC or Heat Pump) Documenting Model, Age, Condition, Electrical Disconnect & Service Amperage.
- Basement Suites: Extra kitchens, Laundry & Bathroom Facilities

Interior Inspection Includes

- Appliances: Tested for basic function, Fridge & Freezer, Stove Top, Oven, Dishwasher, Disposal, Microwave, Washer & Dryer.
- Plumbing: Sinks, Faucets & Drains,Toilets, Tubs & Showers, Washer/Dryer.
- Interior: Room by Room Evaluation Of: Walls, Ceilings, Windows, Doors, Heat Source, Electrical Switches & Outlets.
- Attic: Structure, Insulation & Ventilation.
- Mechanical Systems: Furnace or Boiler, AC, Hot Water Tank or On Demand System and Main Electrical Panels and Sub Panels, Sump Pumps.

Strata controlled properties may have restricted access to areas such as: Roof, Electrical room, elevator room, boiler room, ammenities room, storage lockers, parking, etc... if access is available during your inspection, A-Z will examine these areas.
